Appreciating Takahashi Rie’s talent overload

There are voice actresses. There are voice actresses who can sing well. And then there are voice actresses who can sing in their characters.

Welcome to Appreciation Station where I… show my appreciation for extraordinary talents and/or people who go many extra miles to make anything feel better than they could have been without.

The list is endless; from animators to music producers, background artists to even sound effects people.

This post will highlight a voice actress who has obviously, rapidly grown into becoming extremely popular among today’s anime watchers.

When one person has the voice of three different characters

This is the closest to her normal singing voice, as Matome from Akiba’s Trip The Animation.

A higher range of voice as Emilia from Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu.

Last but not even the least, a full on chuuni-tone as Megumin from Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!.

When she is also animated in real life

This lady sure knows how to have fun even while on a job. There are plenty of seiyuu who are all smiles and joy but I have yet to see someone of Takahashi’s caliber.
